Not getting email notifications.

First, check your “junk” or “spam” folders. If you find the notices there, simply add service@webprez.com to your email directory, and that should permanently resolve the problem.

If you do NOT find the notices in there, check the email address under User Profile in your WebPrez dashboard to be sure it is the correct address - especially look for typos.

If the email address is correct, and the notices are not in your junk or spam folders, please chat with us right now using the chat box below.

Also remember that, while the system DOES track Opens as well as Clicks/Views, it does not send Open notifications. Only when someone Clicks to watch your video do we notify you, as this is the more actionable sales trigger indicating interest.

Don't be concerned if you're not getting tons of Click/ or Views in your first two weeks, the Clicks and Views will come as they receive additional emails from you over time. 😃
