Payment card not accepted. Transaction failed.

If the processing icon is still spinning, please wait until it is done, and you will receive a pop up confirmation. If the processing icon has finished, and the transaction was not completed, please try again, because sometimes the bank card servers get backed up and time out.

If the second attempt does not complete, try another card, or contact Cardholder Services on the back of the card to ask why the card is being declined. This will usually allow the transaction to be completed.
