🎥 How to Share WebPrez Videos on Microsoft Teams

Sharing WebPrez videos in Microsoft Teams helps you deliver clear, engaging explanations during client meetings.

✅ Step 1: Start or Join Your Teams Meeting

Open your meeting as usual.

🎬 Step 2: Open Your WebPrez Video

• Log in to your WebPrez dashboard
• Open your video in a browser tab

🖥️ Step 3: Click “Share”

• Click the Share icon (box with arrow)

🔊 Step 4: Enable Computer Sound

1. Toggle “Include Computer Sound” ON
2. Select:

• • Your browser window or
  • Entire screen (browser recommended)

▶️ Step 5: Play the Video

• Return to your WebPrez tab
• Click Play

Your client will now see and hear the video.

🛑 Step 6: Stop Sharing

• Click Stop Sharing
