How to setup an automated email marketing campaign
Select a Video, and Click on Use This Video.
Scroll down to Email Subject Line.
Open your CRM or Email Database application.
Create or Open the message template you want to use.
We recommend that the template include your email signature with your photo image.
Right click your cursor, and click Paste to display the entire message.
Click on any corner of image to highlight corner boxes.
Drag one corner box in or out to adjust size of video image.
Copy and Paste the Subject line into subject line field, and add your name.
Create 52 of these messages using either 13 or 26 different videos.
Then schedule each message to go out automatically to everyone in your database each week.
Schedule these messages to go out on the same day and at the same time each week.
You can reuse the same 13 messages four times for a total of 52 weeks (one year).
Or you can reuse the same 26 messages two times for a total of 52 weeks (one year).
Set it to run automatically, and repeat the process every year
