How to Send Videos by Email

Sharing videos through email is a straightforward process that allows you to quickly deliver video content directly to your recipients' inboxes. This guide will walk you through each step of sending a video via email, from accessing your video library to successfully delivering the video to your chosen recipient.

Navigate to Your Video Library

Begin by accessing the main area where all your videos are stored. This is called your video library, and it serves as the central hub for managing all your video content.

1. Open your browser and log into your account if you haven't already
2. Look for the tab on the left labeled Videos in the main navigation
3. Click on this tab to view your complete collection of videos

You should now see a grid or list view displaying all your available videos. This is where you'll select the specific video you want to share.

Select the Video to Send

With your video library open, you'll need to choose which video you want to send to your recipient. Each video in your library has sharing capabilities built in.

1. Browse through your video collection to find the video you want to share
2. Click directly on the video thumbnail or title
3. This action will open the video's details page and sharing options.

After clicking on your chosen video, you'll see a form to the right (or below on mobile) for sending the video to someone.

Enter Recipient Information

Now you'll need to provide the recipient's contact details. The system requires certain information to ensure the video reaches the right person.

Required Information

1. Locate the First Name field and enter the recipient's first name
2. Find the Last Name field and enter the recipient's last name
3. In the Email field, carefully type the recipient's complete email address

Make sure to double-check the email address for accuracy, as this is where the video link will be sent.

Optional Information

You will also see a Phone Number field. This is optional and can be left blank if you prefer. Adding a phone number might be useful if:

• You want to maintain additional contact information for your records
• The system offers SMS notifications in the future as a supplementary feature
• You need to store complete contact details for future reference

Add Optional Phone Number

If you choose to include the recipient's phone number, this step provides an additional layer of contact information. While not required, it can be helpful for maintaining comprehensive recipient records.

1. Look for the Phone Number or Phone field
2. Enter the phone number including the area code
3. Follow any specific formatting requirements shown (such as dashes or parentheses)

Remember, you can skip this field entirely if you don't have the phone number or prefer not to include it. The video will still be sent successfully with just the email address.

Send the Video

You're now ready to complete the process and send the video to your recipient. This final step will trigger the email delivery.

1. Review all the information you've entered to ensure accuracy
2. Locate the Send Video button, which should be prominently displayed
3. Click the Send Video button once to initiate the sending process

After clicking the button, you should see a confirmation message indicating that the video has been successfully sent. The recipient will receive an email containing a link to view the video. The email will be sent immediately to the address you provided.

What Happens Next

Once you've clicked Send Video:

• The recipient will receive an email notification with access to the video
• You may receive a confirmation on your screen that the video was sent successfully
• A record of this share may be saved in your account's activity or history section

If you need to send the same video to multiple recipients, you can typically repeat this process for each person, or think about creating a Campaign instead.
