How to Update Your Personal Information

Keeping your personal information current ensures smooth communication and proper account management. This guide will walk you through updating your email address, name, phone number, and other personal details in your account settings. The entire process takes just a few minutes to complete.

Access Your Account Settings

To begin updating your personal information, you'll need to access your account settings area. This is where all your profile details and preferences are managed.

Once you're logged into your account, you should see the main dashboard or homepage. From here, you'll be able to navigate to your settings where all personal information can be modified.

Open the Settings Menu

Your profile name serves as the gateway to your account settings. You'll find it prominently displayed in the top left corner of your screen.

After clicking your profile name, the settings menu will open, giving you access to all customization and configuration options for your account.

Navigate to Video Branding & Bio

The Video Branding & Bio section is where all your personal and professional details are stored. This centralized location makes it easy to manage your information in one place.

1. Look for the 'Video Branding & Bio' tab in the settings menu
2. Click on this tab to access your personal information fields
3. The page will load showing all available fields for your profile information

You should now see various fields displaying your current information, including email address, name, phone number, and other personal details. Each field can be edited individually.

Update Your Personal Information

Now you can modify any personal information that needs updating. Each field is clearly labeled and can be edited by clicking into it.

Information You Can Update:

• Email Address - Enter your new email in the email field
• Name - Update your first and last name if needed
• Phone Number - Add or change your contact number
• Other Details - Modify any additional profile information displayed

1. Click into the field you want to update
2. Clear the existing information if necessary
3. Type in your new information carefully
4. Double-check for accuracy, especially for email addresses and phone numbers

Take your time to review each field. Accurate information ensures you receive important notifications and that others can contact you when needed.

Save Your Changes

After updating all necessary information, you must save your changes to ensure they're applied to your account.

1. Locate the 'Save' button on the page
2. Click the Save button to apply all your changes
3. Wait for the confirmation message indicating your changes have been saved successfully

You should see a confirmation notification appear, typically saying something like "Changes saved successfully" or similar. This confirms that your personal information has been updated in the system.

What Happens Next:

• Your new information takes effect immediately
• All future communications will use your updated contact information

If you don't see a confirmation message after clicking Save, try clicking the button again. If issues persist, refresh the page and check if your changes were saved by reviewing the fields.
