How to Cancel Your Subscription

This guide will walk you through the process of canceling your subscription.

Access your account settings through your profile menu

To begin the cancellation process, you'll need to access your account settings.

Click on your name and email in the upper left of your dashboard.

Navigate to the Billing and Plan section in your settings

Once you've opened your profile menu, look for the Billing and Plan option. This section contains all information related to your subscription, payment methods, and billing history.

Click on Billing and Plan to access your subscription management page. This will take you to a dedicated area where you can view your current plan details, payment information, and subscription management options.

Locate and click the Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the page

After entering the Billing and Plan section, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Here you'll find the subscription management controls, including the cancellation option.

Look for the Cancel Subscription button, which is typically positioned at the bottom of the page. Click on this button to initiate the cancellation process.

Review the cancellation warning message about the action being permanent

After clicking the Cancel Subscription button, the system will display an important warning message. This confirmation dialog will clearly state: "Are you sure you want to cancel your subscription? This action cannot be undone.", although this isn't exactly true, you can always reactivate your subscription 😉.

Consider the following before proceeding:

• You will lose access to any premium features associated with your subscription
• You may need to re-subscribe at current rates if you change your mind later

Confirm your decision to cancel the subscription when prompted

If you're certain you want to proceed with the cancellation, you'll need to confirm your decision. The confirmation dialog will present you with two options:

1. Confirm the cancellation by clicking the final Cancel Subscription button
2. Go back if you've changed your mind or want to keep your subscription active

Click the confirmation button only if you're absolutely sure you want to cancel. Once you confirm, the cancellation will be processed immediately, and you'll receive a confirmation that your subscription has been successfully canceled.

After cancellation, you should receive an email confirmation to your registered email address documenting the cancellation for your records. Keep this email as proof of your cancellation request.
