I'm not getting my email notifications or alerts.

If you’re not receiving notifications, there are a few common things to check.


🔍 Step 1: Check Spam or Junk Folders


Sometimes notifications get filtered.

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder
  • If you find them there, add:

noreply@financialsecurity.me to your contacts or safe sender list

  • Also reply back to the Notifications with a simple, "Thanks" or something simple. Replies to emails signal to the email providers that these emails and the addresses they come from are safe and wanted.


This usually resolves the issue going forward.


Step 2: Confirm Your Email Address


Go to your User Profile in your dashboard and make sure:

  • Your email address is correct
  • There are no typos




Step 3: Understand When Notifications Are Sent


WebPrez only sends notifications when someone clicks to watch your video.

  • We do track opens, but
  • We do NOT send notifications for opens


This is intentional — clicks/views are the more meaningful signal of interest.



Step 4: Still Not Receiving Anything?


If everything above looks correct, your email may be on a suppression list.


This can happen if:

  • An email previously bounced
  • You unsubscribed at some point


👉 In that case, contact support using the chat widget and we’ll check our global suppression list and resolve it for you.

If you’re just getting started, it’s normal not to receive many notifications right away.


As you:

  • Send more videos
  • Run campaigns
  • Follow up consistently


You’ll begin to see more engagement and alerts over time.
