🎥 How to Share WebPrez Videos on Zoom
Sharing WebPrez videos during a Zoom meeting is one of the most effective ways to educate clients, simplify complex topics, and guide the conversation in real time.
Follow these steps to ensure a smooth, professional experience.

✅ Step 1: Start or Join Your Zoom Meeting
Begin your Zoom meeting as usual.
🎬 Step 2: Open Your WebPrez Video
- Log in to your WebPrez dashboard
- Open the video you want to share in a browser tab
🖥️ Step 3: Click “Share”
- In the Zoom toolbar, click “Share”

🔊 Step 4: Select Screen + Enable Sound
In the pop-up window:
- Select the browser tab or window with your video

- ✅ Check “Share Sound”
- ✅ Check “Optimize for video sharing”
⚠️ These settings are essential for proper audio and smooth playback.

Step 5: Click "Share"
After selecting your WebPrez video window and enabling the sound options, click “Share” to begin showing the video to your clients.

▶️ Step 6: Play the Video
- Return to your WebPrez tab
- Click Play
Your client will now see and hear the video.
🛑 Step 6: Stop Sharing
- Click “Stop Share” at the top of your screen
