🎥 How to Share WebPrez Videos on Zoom

Sharing WebPrez videos during a Zoom meeting is one of the most effective ways to educate clients, simplify complex topics, and guide the conversation in real time.

✅ Step 1: Start or Join Your Zoom Meeting

Begin your Zoom meeting as usual.

🎬 Step 2: Open Your WebPrez Video

• Log in to your WebPrez dashboard
• Open the video you want to share in a browser tab

🖥️ Step 3: Click “Share”

• In the Zoom toolbar, click “Share”

🔊 Step 4: Select Screen + Enable Sound

In the pop-up window:

1. Select the browser tab or window with your video

1. ✅ Check “Share Sound”
2. ✅ Check “Optimize for video sharing”

⚠️ These settings are essential for proper audio and smooth playback.

Step 5: Click "Share"

After selecting your WebPrez video window and enabling the sound options, click “Share” to begin showing the video to your clients.

• Return to your WebPrez tab
