How to Share WebPrez Videos with Clients on Zoom

Sharing your WebPrez videos during a Zoom meeting is an easy way to showcase educational and engaging content to your clients. Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth experience for both you and your audience.

Step 1: Start or Join a Zoom Meeting

First, start a new Zoom meeting or join an existing one where you’d like to share your WebPrez videos.

Step 2: Access your WebPrez Dashboard and Choose a Video

Log in to your WebPrez dashboard and navigate to the video you want to share with your clients. Keep this window/tab open and ready to share during the meeting.

Step 3: Open Zoom's Screen Share

In your Zoom meeting, locate the control panel at the bottom of the screen.
Click on the “Share Screen” button.

Step 4: Select the WebPrez Video Window

A new window will pop up showing all the open applications and screens on your computer.
Select the window or tab that has your WebPrez video ready to play.



Important: Check the boxes that say “Share Sound” and "Optimize for video sharing" at the right side of the share screen window. This ensures that the audio and video is shared and optimized for your client.

Step 5: Click “Share”

After selecting your WebPrez video window and enabling the sound options, click “Share” to begin showing the video to your clients.

Step 6: Play the WebPrez Video

Now, go back to your WebPrez window and click “Play” to start the video. Your clients will now be able to see and hear the video in real-time.

Step 7: Stop Screen Sharing

When the video ends, simply click the “Stop Share” button at the top of the Zoom window to return to your meeting. You can continue your discussion with the client from there.

Tips for a Better Experience

Test your audio and video before the meeting to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Encourage your clients to ask questions or share thoughts after the video to maximize engagement.
If the video is a longer one, consider breaking it into sections and pausing to discuss key points.
