How do I add a disclosure to my video landing page?


If you need to add a compliance statement, disclaimer, or disclosure to your video landing pages, you can do this from your account settings.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log into your WebPrez dashboard Go to https://app.webprez.com and sign in.

Step 2: Click on your name in the upper left corner This will open your account menu.

Step 3: Click the "Video Branding & Bio" tab at the top You'll see several settings related to how your videos and landing pages are branded.

Step 4: Scroll down to the "Compliance Statement" field This is where you can add your disclosure, disclaimer, or compliance statement.

Step 5: Enter your compliance statement Type or paste your disclosure text into this field.

Step 6: Save your changes Make sure to save before closing the page.


What Gets Displayed?


Once you've added your compliance statement, it will appear on all of your video landing pages automatically. You don't need to add it to each video individually.


This is especially helpful if you need to include:

  • State-required insurance disclosures
  • Securities disclaimers
  • Compliance language required by your broker-dealer or IMO
  • Legal disclaimers for your practice
