Can’t login. Getting “These credentials do not match our records.”.
This usually means the email or password entered doesn’t match what’s on file — but it’s typically easy to fix.
🔍 Step 1: Double-Check Your Login Info
Make sure:
- Your email address is spelled correctly
- There are no extra spaces before or after your email
- Your password is entered correctly (watch for caps lock)
🔑 Step 2: Reset Your Password
If you're unsure, click “Reset Password” on the login page.
- Check your email for the reset link
- Follow the steps to create a new password
This resolves most login issues.
📬 Step 3: Didn’t Receive the Reset Email?
Check the following:
- Your Spam/Junk folder
- Make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with
