Can’t login. Getting “These credentials do not match our records.”.

This usually means the email or password entered doesn’t match what’s on file — but it’s typically easy to fix.



🔍 Step 1: Double-Check Your Login Info


Make sure:

  • Your email address is spelled correctly
  • There are no extra spaces before or after your email
  • Your password is entered correctly (watch for caps lock)



🔑 Step 2: Reset Your Password

If you're unsure, click “Reset Password” on the login page.

  • Check your email for the reset link
  • Follow the steps to create a new password


This resolves most login issues.



📬 Step 3: Didn’t Receive the Reset Email?


Check the following:

  • Your Spam/Junk folder
  • Make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with



⚠️ Still Not Working?

If you’re not receiving the reset email, it’s likely that:

  • The email address entered isn’t in our system
  • Or it was entered incorrectly during signup
