# I'm having issues uploading my profile photo.

If you’re having trouble uploading your photo, here are the most common things to check:


## 🔍 Step 1: Check File Type

Make sure your image is one of the supported formats:
* **JPG / JPEG**
* **PNG**

Other file types (like HEIC, GIF, or WEBP) are not supported.
