# Can I download/export my list of Contacts?

At this time, downloading your contact list is **not available directly from your dashboard**.

## How to Request Your Contact List
We’re happy to provide your contact data for you.

To request a download of your contacts, simply reach out to our support team:

💬 **Chat:** Use the chat widget in the lower right corner of your screen

## What to Include in Your Request

To help us process your request quickly, please include:
* Your name
* The email associated with your account
* Any specific details (if you only need certain contacts)

## What Happens Next

Once we receive your request:
* We’ll securely generate your contact list
* Provide it to you in a downloadable format
* Notify you as soon as it’s ready
