# Are these videos compliant?

This is a great question — and an important one.

### 🛡️ Compliance Overview

WebPrez videos are designed specifically for the **insurance and annuity market**, and:
* They **do not cover securities, equities, or investment advice**
* They are structured to align with **NAIC (National Association of Insurance Commissioners) advertising guidelines**
* They focus on **education and clear communication**, not product-specific recommendations

### 📋 FINRA & Broker/Dealer Considerations

Because WebPrez is not a FINRA-registered entity, we do not submit content directly to FINRA.

However:
* Our videos are generally **outside the scope of FINRA oversight** since they do not address securities
* Many advisors have successfully had WebPrez videos **reviewed and approved by their broker/dealer compliance departments**
